2. Preview. Within 48 hours we email a free digital design preview. Two rounds of revisions included.
3. Print & ship. Once you approve, we print in full color, hand-finish to a glossy shine, and ship in protective gift packaging.
Shipping & returns
Standard delivery 10–14 days, Express 5–7 days, to 60+ countries. Because every piece is made to order from your photo, custom figurines are non-returnable — but nothing prints until you approve the design, and we'll reprint free of charge if your piece arrives damaged.
